In a way it's heartening because why ...I agree. In a way it's heartening because why would they bother unless there was power in it in the first place? They only take things over that they feel threatened or challenged by. Unfortunately we have (mostly) come very far from doing that and often do just the opposite; justifying, rather than challenging. <br /><br />But yes, there are people doing some amazing things. The Quakers are absolutely splendid, for example. There are lots of people doing the real stuff. It's just that they don't make so much noise and we do live in such a noisy world.<br /><br />And thank you. It actually was quite helpful to me to have had this experience, and I did get some free chocolate buttons so it certainly wasn't all bad! It's a pile of suck is what it is.<br /><br />There's hope, there are Christians who actually follow the example of Christ, & that's a huge thing, but sometimes I think there's like three of you.
